YIT opens the sales in three new buildings of the residential complex «Trinity»

Sales are opened in the residential complex «Trinity» in Leninsky prospect. From the beginning of the year 2010 it is the fourth new project of YIT in Saint-Petersburg. To date the total area of the projects launched into sales this year is 65 703 sq. meters. Total five new projects YIT will launch into sales by the results of 2010.

The new residential complex, consisting of three buildings of 20, 22 and 25 floors, is located at the intersection of Leninsky pr. and Kuznetsova pr. The term of commissioning of the residential complex «Trinity» - 2013.

The total area of the residential complex «Trinity» - 29 983 sq. meters, in three buildings there are 512 apartments, mainly one-room apartments.

To date apartments in the residential complex are sold with the basic finishing by the standards YIT DOM -  premises are completely ready for final finishing: the leveled surfaces may be immediately covered with laminate, parquet, tile, as well as painted, wallpapered and so on. Later on clients will be able to order complete final finishing and to choose materials for it.  

To park motor cars open parking lots for 109 car parking places are provided. The total area of greenery is 2396 sq.м.   

When designing, the needs of limited mobile groups of people were taken into consideration. On the house territory and on the grounds near the entrances to the residential part and the office premises the ramps are constructed. All stairs and ramps have railings and handrails from both sides, curbs are rounded and lowered. Parking places are provided for the cars of the residents of this category.   

Good transport availability is ensured by the nearest metro stations - «Leninsky prospect», «Prospect Veteranov», «Avtovo». In the year 2015 it is planned to open the metro station «Kazakovskaya» at the intersection of Marshala Zhukova pr. and Marshala Kazakova str. One more metro station is planned for construction at the intersection of Desantnikov str. and Leninsky pr. Two thoroughfares cross the district - Petergofskoe and Tallinskoe shosse.

The residential complex «Trinity» is located in the area of the modern development. The following social infrastructure objects are located near the residential complex:  4 kindergartens (one of them with a swimming pool); schools (one of them with a swimming pool as well); the sports stadium; shops; chain supermarkets; health facilities and so on. One of the advantageous of the district is the proximity of big recreation zones - South-Primorsky park - and the country places of interest of Petergof direction (palaces & gardens ensembles of Petrodvorets, Lomonosov, Strelna). There are a lot of lakes (Dolgoe, Bezymiannoe, Dudergofskoe) and rivers (Dudergofka and Ivanovka) in the district. 

The cost of apartments in the residential complex «Trinity» in case of 100% payment is as follows: one-room apartment - from 3 021 494 rub.; two-room apartment - from 3 245 048 rub.; three-room apartment - from 5 531 888 rub.

Variants of payment by installments are available, both interest-free payment for the period of 12 months, and interest-paying payment until December 2012. The minimum first installment, when paying for an apartment by installments, is 10%.

Loans may be raised at the Northern-Western bank of Sberbank of Russia (ОАО) and Nordea Bank (ОАО).
