ZAO YIT Lentek – quality leader in construction. Housing development «Trinity» was named the best residential project.
September 15, 2011 the closing ceremony of the competition "Quality Leader in Construction-2011" was held in St. Petersburg to award all winners of the competition.
YIT Lentek (the regional division of YIT Finnish Corporation) won the first prize in nomination "The best residential project". This year "Trinity" housing development successfully passed all competition stages and was selected among others as the banner Finnish project of the North-West Federal district.
The jury thoroughly assessed the housing developments according to the following criteria: availability of the full set of permission documentation, construction materials, goods and structures conforming with requirements of national standards and regulations, developed quality control system of works performed, etc. In the second stage of the competition the judging committee visited the site to assess it in terms of compliance with a number of criteria prepared by the organizational committee.
«Trinity» housing development located in the Krasnoselskij district of St. Petersburg (on the intersection of Leningskij and Kuznetsova prospekts) comprises three individual buildings of 20, 22 and 25 stories. Total number of apartments - 512. The apartments have 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms with space of 42-100 sq m. Some apartments have views over the Finnish gulf and the city center.
The company offers white-wall finishing and complete "turn-key" finishing with environmental friendly construction and finishing materials produced by European companies, certified in Russia and approved by Finnish specialists. The project design provides for energy efficient technologies, forced mechanic ventilation systems to ensure circulation of fresh air, installation of Finnish heating units with thermo regulators, hot and cold water meters, glazed balconies in each apartment, double-pane windows with ventilation taps, reinforced and soundproofed steel entrance doors and much more. The building design is friendly to people with reduced mobility. The housing development will have a landscaped yard territory. Scheduled commissioning time - first quarter of 2013.
