YIT’s scope of work:

• internal technical maintenance of all engineering systems, technical equipment, building equipment and installations;
• Preventive and scheduled works according to the maintenance program for engineering systems, technical equipment and building equipment as well as managing of emergency cases incl. 24 hours support for elimination of emergency situations that affects normal operation of the building;
• a duty engineer with dispatcher function shall be on site for 24 hours;
• administration of tenant maintenance requests;
• documents circulation (LogBook);
• coordination services provided by other third part such as for services and repairs of elevators, escalators and travelators and sliding /revolving doors etc.;
• property inspection and audits for common areas;
• supervision and coordination of the warranty contracts for engineering systems, technical equipment, building equipment;
• repairs, spare parts supply.

• air-conditioning system and split-system

• fire and security alarm system
• building inspection and monitoring
• CCTV
• access control system
