Dolgoprudny is an autonomous municipal unit located to the north of Moscow, 4 kilometers away from MRHW, on the edge of Mescherskaya lowlands.
The land plot allocated for the development of “Tsentralny” microdistrict is located 5 kilometers away from MRHW to the north-west of Moscow along Likhachevskoje highway and to the east of Moscow Channel. The size of the plot is about 70 ha.
